I disliked that the company was not transparent about the cord accessories needed to use certain CPap machines. I had to go on YouTube to get a demonstration on my CPap instead on the pilot battery’s website. I almost returned the battery, I’m so glad I changed my mind and did some research. The battery was everything I was looking for, size, powerful and held a charge for a long period of time.
