i bought 2 benches, they came as a 2 separate packages but the email confirming two sent under the same tracking number. it was a lot of confusion to clarify that after 1 package came and was showing BOTH to be delivered. The Woodcraft Supply customer service was pleasant and clarify but i lost some nerves meanwhile.

Product was incorrectly listed on the site as a 10 pack rather than contacting you before shipment they shipped the one pack for each of the ten pack all they did refund the product and let me keep the few they sent yeah I did should have never been shipped on the probably should have never been processed as an order and they should clean up the Walmart site immediately

Fast shipping. Plastic storage case was cracked on arrival but contents were not damaged. I don't plan on keeping the chuck in the case anyway so no need to return it for a replacement.
