The item was too big. Does not come in the color I wanted.

I ordered a large bottle with 120 capsules but received a small one with only 60. When I contacted the seller, they blamed Walmart for the listing error and offered a return label. While I appreciate that, it doesn’t change the fact that I now have to go through the hassle of returning something I never should’ve received in the first place. The response felt more like deflection than accountability. Disappointing experience overall

package arrived 2 weeks late and completely ripped open!!

I feel like the gave me display boxes as there was no flea treatment solution in any of the tubes.

they texted me and said it had been delivered. i never found it. i used your app to write them an email. they never responded. i still haven't had any luck finding a cat laxative or something for hairballs. i got some of the "treats" that help with hairballs made by Hartz. my cats ate them the first time offered. but the next time they were hard as heck. the bag they come in does not seal properly. i tried this product several years ago and had the exact same problem. I'll be writing to Hartz about this problem tonight.

The package arrived in great condition and even came with a thank you note.
