Terrible service. Listed the rug as a wrong size and then would not respond to multiple emails. They ended up offering 10% off when I asked for a discount after multiple trying multiple ways and times to reach them. The rug had gone on sale for 20% off right after I bought it. They would not honor the new sale price and insisted they could only offer 10% off. I will be returning this for the lack of customer service and misleading information. Such a disappointment!
