All was great and I like the product. Would suggest rolling the carpet with the top of the rug on the outside. I think this would allow the carpet to lay flat sooner. Otherwise love the product and the quality is great.

Terrible product and Seller. Got a large and smaller charcoal rug and they came two different shades of gray. Couldn’t use in area intended. Contacted seller twice for refund on rugs and never got a response. Very poor customer service.

Horrible seller! Don’t buy from them! They shipped a WET damaged moldy rug to me. Smelled horrible couldn’t even bring it inside. The kicker? It’s been 4 weeks and I’m out $463 - no refund in sight even though I have picture proof
