Adapter was shipped in a standard UPS light gauge document box with NO packing material. Box was pretty much destroyed with heavy Adapter free to move inside the box. Mailman literally had to hold the box together when he handed the package to me.

Had to take multiple photos to get refund for wrong item sent, and only refund offered (no exchange) so have to order and wait for correct part.allnover again.
