So far dealings with everyone associated with my IPad case has been very positive

I have a neutral opinion of the company. I do think the advertising should not recommend this case for the 10.2 9th generation.

Quick delivery and accurate description of the product.

Very good experience. Delivery was on time and the item I ordered was as it was pictured.

The product arrived in a prompt manner. However, because the seller used soft packaging instead of a box, the post office forced it into our mailbox. Thankfully, there was no damage, but it was difficult to remove.

Never had any contact with them except thru email.

This product came on time (2 days) with free shipping as advertised contrary to that which was advertised by several other companies. On those, you found out when trying to place an order, that would not be the case.

No problems, item was exactly as described and arrived when expected.
