The items were taken to a Walmart store to be returned, and I was notified that the refund was in the works before we were even out of the store. Walmart has your back when dealing with this class of American Free Enterprisers.

I did not contact them or return the pillow, but the pillow arrived quickly, packaged well, and I love that it came in a heavy duty plastic handled case. I wish all pillows came that way.
