Ordered bundled tire set. When it arrived they had simply wrapped cardboard around the tires and shipped it which would have been fine if the tires had been taped together. This was not the case and only one tire made it. There as also supposed to be a keychain which is trivial but was also in the order and had no chance of making it. Even FedEx picture of delivery shows there was only one tire. Reported the issue to Mass Depot's FB page as their page directs and was directed back to Walmart vendor page. Improper documentation. I sent another email and was given excuses and eventually they blamed FedEx which is rich considering the packing was a too small cardboard box wrapped around 2 tires with clear packing tape. Said they filed a claim with FexEx and I would just have to wait. Its been a month with no product and no communication or update. Buyer beware these guys make their problems the customers problems and have very little customer care. So far floated them a month on my dime with only 1 tire.

This was the sales header, and initially the description was "2 tires" "Pirelli P ZERO Road Bicycle Tire Black Size: 700 x 26 Pair" , but "2 tires" was changed to "1 tire" after I bought them and only 1 tire was sent, doubling my price. This happened while I was going through the process. Initially the claim was that I had been sent 2 tires, which could be disproven by the shipping weight being that for 1 tire, not 2. Now the claim is that I made the mistake, since the description below reads "1 tire", having been changed.
