Bought as a gift at request of recipient, so assume he got what he wanted. Shipping was relatively prompt, considering time of year.

I did not realize a third party, I thought that Walmart was the "seller". No communication was required. Delivery was very fast, item is great quality, holds it's charge. Very pleased.

Package was pretty badly damaged and Im thinking it may have left the sellers that way or simply got worse along the way. Product seemed to have been unpacked or returned from someone at some point, maybe. Product seems to be functioning as it should so far... it's been about 30 days in use.

I'm not sure if it was the seller or the shipper but the package arrived opened on both ends and parts were all in disarray. I hope everything was there as this was a Christmas gift.

Item arrived just as described, but shipping was slow.
