this seller is disgusting selling phones that are not good for more than 200$ is crazy I wasted money buying this for the battery not to be good is crazy I WANT MY MONEY BACKKKK I BOUGHT THIS PHONE IN IT CAME FEB 2 ITS ONLY THE 13 N FOR ABOUT A WEEK IT JUST KEEPS SHUTTING OFF AS IF THE BATTERY IS NOT GOOD I CAN CHARGE IT ITLL POP UP 90% ILL TAKE IT OFF N THEN LOKE 2 MINS LATER IT WILL DIE IDK WHAT TO DO WITH THIS PHONE BUT I WANT MY MONEY BCK I CANT HAVE A PHONE I PAID 240$ N IT KEEPS SHUTTING OFF EVERY CHANCE I GET I NEED A RELIABLE PHONE I CAN BE ANYWHERE AND ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN N I NEED MY PHONE FOR IT TO KEEP SHUTTING OFF IS BAD BUSINESS

Received the phone in good condition. It was nicely packaged and clean. I purchased this phone for my 17-year-old, and he enjoys it. The only reason I'm giving a 4-star rating is because the battery doesn't hold a charge very long. That's the only downside to this purchase.

not real happy with this. runs slow, takes a long time to charge and while charging gets very hot

Small nick on the screen one phone battery was received already degraded need replacing and and occasionally freezes while using the phone the other phone the ring volume goes down automatically won’t stay at the right volume

It started a bit rocky when i opened this big beautiful box two days after I ordered to find that the shipper sent me a year supply of dunken doughnut coffee pods. I contacted Walmart they said absolutely no problem they refunded my money so i could buy the tablet again. Two days later I got a box with a beautiful tablet! It works great by the way. Everything went smoothly and even a four day wait for a tablet is still pretty great. Thanks

Why sell a product that takes forever to charge and the charger ain’t the right one for it

iPhone 14 itself was in good condition. The problem is I was promised at least 80% battery capacity and mine was at 76%. So now I have to spend another $100 at the Apple Store to replace the battery…

It’s been almost 2 months I informed them I never received the package I’ve called Walmart 4 times still nothing I am really upset and frustrated with kiss and Walmart
