I actually ordered this item twice by mistake and was notified. I called and they cancelled one of the items and they kept me informed of delivery date and times. Deliver was on time. They were very considerate.

They were super easy to deal with. They contacted me before it shipped to let me know when I could expect it and I was told to let them know if I had any issues (which I did not!)

I would NEVER order from this store again. The wrong address was auto put in by Walmart and I caught it within a half hour. I reached out to Living Well to change the delivery address to the correct one, and they said there was nothing they could do. They said "good news tho, you can return the item for a refund". Umm, how am I supposed to return an item that is in another state? They then sent me a message scolding me for 'calling them' saying normally they need to be contacted via email. Also essentially told me that the problem was with between me and my keyboard and Walmart. I will be pursuing a fight with my credit card and them since I never received the item that was promised. Seriously horrible customer service.

Item was as described and arrived as said it would.

fabulous when i texted to ask why its canceled, wasn't them they hadn't gotten order walmart canceled arbitrarily they followed up anyway and im happy. thanks

The seller was on point with the delivery time as promised, and they want any problems with the battery fit as it was said it would.

When my item arrived the box weas damaged, so before opening it I tried to call Living Well customer service. All I got was a recording telling me that they were sorry that they missed me and to email them. I know where Jacksonville, FL is and if I don't get someone on the telephone I will show up at their store

Received in good condition and within a week of ordering. Delivered to my home.
