This was not advertised as a used and returned item. The wood block had cracks in it, the sharpener was broken and not repairable, one of the steak knives was a different wood color, as in it had obviously been put in dishwasher and still has some residue on the blade. Wow. Disgusting.

I have received a wrong product. I emailed twice asking to contact me to correct my order. No feedback, now i'm stuck with the wrong item. I will never ever use Wallmarts website again and will advise everyone i know not to repeat my mistake. Horrible!!!!!
