I love these, but the chocolate came melted into one giant blob. I heard the delivery as soon as it came and brought it in immediately but it must have been in a hot car or truck. Disappointing.

Received item completely melted and a complete mess! How do you ship something that is chocolate, in the summer heat, without any type of ice packaging!!???

I just received my purchase of 2 bags of individually wrapped heart shaped chocolates. Needless to say they arrived Smashed and Melted! There were NO PRECAUTIONS taken in the packaging process! No dry ice, No bubble wrap and No box was used! Just 2 bags of chocolates put together into a larger bag and sealed. Only to be tossed and thrown around from person to person and truck to truck. Mind you this is chocolate! It was packaged in Georgia, going to Wi. Chocolate in JULY! I expect to see a refund of $41.78 to my account for Order %232000119-26815455.
