Took a little longer than normal to get them, but it was well worth the wait

Shipment actually arrived a day earlier than promised.

Need to package better to prevent damage while shipping.

The box came in a bag And got a hole in the box. They should ship it in a box. When I return it in walmart they require to return it with a box. In order to accept the return. When at fist they shipped it in a plastic bag.

Item description and pictures showed two batteries with the excavator. When the item arrived it only had one battery.

Not as expected and return was difficult including a shipping return fee since the store wouldn’t accept the return

Bad horrible won't even send me a replacement one and I told them everything

They did send a replacement but they shouldn't have sent a used item in the first place.
