I ordered this and the first time it shipped quickly but after about a week it was in the same place and hadn’t moved. I contacted them, they responded within 24hrs saying it was lost in transit and I would receive a refund. After I received the refund (pretty quickly), I ordered it again and received it within about 5 days. They weren’t proactive about the item not making it to me, but were good with communication after an issue was brought to their attention. I’d order from them again.
