Company fixes phones with cheap generic parts and iPhones give errors. Screen was also replaced wrong and there is huge water marks/ discoloration in the top corner of the screen. Would recommend this company to NOBODY

Issues with item purchased. Contacted Walmart, they had me contact 3rd party supplier. It was 4 days before I heard back. Answer was not helpful. Walmart promised to have 3rd party supplier send replacement. 3rd party supplier told me they never received that request from Walmart.Would not use this 3rd part vendor via Walmart again. Many phone calls, promises made and not kept.

I bought this during COVID19 for my daughter to use for Skype calls with her teacher and to use for different educational sites they are utilizing right now. When we received the iPad it was fully charged and we got it all set up. When it was time to recharge the iPad the charging cord doesn’t work. I thought maybe just a faulty cord so I went to purchase a new one that also did not charge the iPad, now I believe I was sold an iPad with a messed up charging port.
