Tire should go to my Walmart, and not delivered to home , tires even new are dirty . Had to go with 2 cars

These are excellent tires and most shops will charge you almost twice as much for them.If you have a Sonota or optima you will love these tires

They were installed the next day of arrival. Got the great tire road hazard plan on each tire. They replaced TPSi. It's the best tire deal in town. Cost

They would only refund my money and not send me the tire I bought.

First, we all need to know that Walmart.com used Tires-easy for the processing of the tires I am referring to below. Here is the order of events from my HORRIBLE experience: -I placed my order for 4 tires through Walmart.com on Nov 27. -On the receipt email I noticed that it showed one tire and three tires as two separate orders. I had four tires in my "cart" at the time of purchase and my wife agrees she saw this too. I called immediately to see why it showed as two orders but thought it would be ok as long as the total was for four tires and the delivery date for both "orders" were for the same date, Dec 3. -I then made an appointment for the install. -The tires were all set to be delivered on Dec 3. On Nov. 29 I received an email and a text stating that all four tires were delivered. Nothing was on my porch. I waited until the next day in case a neighbor received it instead of me but no one brought over any packages. -I called Walmart.com back to ask about the packages. They eventually told me my tires were sent to an address in Montana. I live in Wisconsin. -I was told I would get a call within 48 hours. No one called, texted or emailed at any time. -I then received an email stating the next shipment is on the way to be delivered on Dec 1. -Dec 1 came and went with no packages. -I called Walmart.com again and they said the tires will arrive on Dec 3. I asked why the email stated it would be here on Dec 1 and they didn't know. -The one tire came on Dec 3. I asked the delivery person about the other three tires and he had no idea why I only received one tire. -I called Walmart.com again to ask why I only received one tire. They did not know and I was told I would once again someone will be contacting me, I told the agent the last time I was told this I did not get a call or communication. He looked at my file and did not see that the original agent ever sent the email about the first lost package. In my opinion, the contact must have been made otherwise I would not have been sent another order. Unfortunately, I only received one tire and no one knows where the other three tires are. -On top of several emails, I received three emails telling me the lost tires would be delivered on the day of the email. Each day came and went with no tires being delivered. -I spent hours on the phone and answered countless emails with no changes. -Eventually Walmart.com told me I need to work through my bank for the refund since someone in Montana signed for the package. -I then was able to speak to a supervisor who was nice enough to understand and he allowed for me to get a refund from Walmart instead of having to deal with my bank. This whole ordeal was horrible.

After buying the tires Walmart would not install them

The seller worked through Walmart to have the tires delivered very promptly and at a reasonable price.

I liked the service, the expediency by which the product got to my front door, and really, the fact that the store had my perfect match. I will certainly use this online shopping again, especially when I need an item that is hard to find.

Don't buy from these people. Tires was slow coming and they was the wrong tires and I still haven't received my refund. And I waiting for them to screw that up too.
