I understand the struggles of running a small business. whomever is in charge of packaging items to be shipped out should in the very least, include an apology if you find that you are low in inventory yet decide to send out an item that was once opened/compromised. my $$$ is the same, why not be respectful and include a disclaimer of some sort! no worries! I'm still going to get my duck sauce from you in the future. that is assured.
