Said it shipped, but took longer to arrive than I expected. Probably more of a USPS issue. Very small envelope so guess I figured it would arrive faster than its almost 2 week estimate.

Great service provided by ToolServe. They expedited the order.

Received item when informed by Tool Service. Very well packaged. Have not used item yet.

Slowest free shipping ever. Part sat in Tennessee for five days waiting to be "accepted." While this vendor's price was reasonable, the shipping speed and information was terrible.

This is the first disappointment I have had from Walmart on line. I am very partial to Fram. Their HQ used to be in my hometown of E.Prov. RI si I have Product Loyalty! This filter I use on my old F-350, and has been getting harder to find in the stores. 1. The filter sent took well over 2 weeks to get here ( 2.The filter sent was a Luber Finer Not a Fram yet in every message, confirmation, tracking and even this review it was pictured and listed as a Fram 8A. The cost was $11.00+ This may be a good filter, reviews vary. That is not the point. A few days after it came my wife asked if I needed anything at Walmart. I gave her a short list that included the same filter. They had it! It was around $5.00+ She said I should send it back, but this is not a big purchase and not worth the effort. BTY I ordered other Fram filters at the same time. They came from a different Walmart supplier and they were the right brand, the price seemed a little higher, but I had added the filters to build an order to get free shipping.

I was what I ordered and not broken or anything. It worked great just like it was supposed to.

You cannot contact this seller,all calls go to voice mail ,no one calls you back?

I would purchase again. Arrived in good condition and expedient delivery.

You should probably contact customers back if you want to keep them.
