They got my Funko Pop of Alexander Hamilton faster than promised and they promised a reasonable timeframe. Very happy with communication. The Funko Pop arrived dented on the side of the box but I do not know if this was a shipping thing or seller ? But this seller is fair, delivers on a timely manner, would buy again from them. The damage was I believe from shipping and considered to be on the smaller side, and location was important. The box was dented on the side and not the front so it was not super noticeable after it was put into a Protector Box. Thank you
