I specifically ordered this camera, the black one, NOT its red version. I finally received it about 2 weeks after purchase to find they had sent me the red one. When I called in (it was a 3rd party seller, btw), they told me the one I actually ordered was on back order, so they decided to send me the red version as a courtesy. However, not once did they reach out to me to see if I would be satisfied with the substitution. They made that decision without notifying me. They tell me it will take about 14 business days for me to receive the black one I actually ordered, putting the delivery date AFTER Christmas. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter as I told them. So, they suggested I just go buy another one in the meantime until they can process the refund which would take 2 weeks. While some may be able to afford to drop another 300 bucks on a second camera before receiving their refund on the first camera, I unfortunately cannot. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service and the understanding on their part.

Amazing camera, quick delivery from vendor. Walmart is a super. One note the tripod that comes with this package is no way made to handle the size of this camera. I mounted the camera to the tripod and it just wilted. Thank God I had the neck strap in my hand or camera would have crashed to the ground.

They send me the wrong item and I took back to Walmart they wouldn’t give me a refund they told me they will ship for me and after they get then you will get a refund I’m still waiting for my refund

Product was not advertised correctly! Highly disappointing!! In addition I returned the item over a week ago and have yet to receive credit for it!!!

NOT AN AUTHORIZED NIKON DEALER. Suggest going to a vendor who is.

Please do not order from these people. I tried 3 different credit cards; with first 2 order attempts a fraud alert popped up. Should have listened. Used a third card, it went through. Thought I was OK, this is Walmart, right? Should have some protection, right? Shame on me, I had never used Walmart Marketplace before and failed to read the fine print before it was too late. Buy Direct and Save advertises this camera with a USA Nikon Warranty , this should be a USA camera and not a grey market, then. Unfortunately, Nikon does not seal their boxes. What I received was an official Nikon D850 box, all beat up on the outside with multiple dents, corners smashed, etc. OK, maybe inside will be OK. No. The camera was there, but no warranty card at all. Additionally, the camera manual was not new at all. Multiple pages were bent back and it was very well-worn and obviously old and very used. There are multiple "unboxing" videos online, and it was obvious there was something very wrong with what I received. So, basically I had a "new" camera kit cobbled together from several sources. I did not even turn the camera on, and immediately boxed it up that night and took it to Walmart for return. Only then at the counter was I warned this is Walmart Marketplace and things would be a little different with this return. After returning to the website, I then clicked on the fine print of the return policy where it states vendors have the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% ( $600 on a $3,000 camera purchase). I guess I was lucky, they only kept $289.36. So, for having a cobbled together camera kit in my hands for all of 5 minutes I was graciously charged nearly $300. Please avoid these people AT ALL COSTS. I hope I can keep someone else from making the same $300 mistake I made. If it were possible, they deserve negative stars.

It would be ZERO stars...no idea if camera worked or not...did not even try. The BOX had been OPENED...not factory sealed. Do not know where this camera has been, but I did not purchase a used camera. This was not advertised as an "OPEN BOX ITEM". Walmart will never get my business again.
