When I arrived at Walmart to pick up the tires as they requested. The cashier had a problem with ringing them up. He then called for his manager. The manager proceeded to tell me that 2 of the tires had been cancelled. I told him that that was impossible. I had not canceled anything. He told me that 2 was paid for and that I would have to pay for the other 2. I said no because I had already paid for them. I let him know the manager that I did not want them because I needed all 4. I never even took them out of the store (Walmart). He told me the only way I can cancel them I would have to go through the online website. I did. They said I had picked them up when I didn’t. I refuse to pay for something I do not have. If I had picked up those 2 tires. I would been glad to pay for them. Why would I take 2 tires when I need/ ordered all 4. That’s crazy. I feel like they sold 2 of my tires and trying to make me pay for them. I have ordered tires before from Walmart and I did not have a problem. That’s why I didn’t take the other 2 tires because I felt like they had some fraudulent activities going on. I shop online all the time from Walmart. I don’t have issues with the online store. I have issues with in store when on there to pick up my order.

SENT WRONG TIRES! They even included pictures of the correct tires....but sent a cheaper version!

Ordered this specific tire over a week ago, made an appointment. Tire got delayed. Rescheduled my appointment for today (a week later) just for them to tell me they sent the wrong tire size after pulling my order up telling me I ordered the correct tire. They sent a whole different tire size. So now I’m stuck with no tire after waiting longer than expected %26 $200 short and won’t be able to get a refund until they get the tire back which will take even longer!

The tires arrived at my house on time but for some reason there was no option to get them delivered to my local walmart.... every other time I order tires from Walmart.com I can get them delivered to the store so I can get them installed at the Walmart tire Auto Center which is great... but these tires could only come at my house... 5 stars otherwise. Tires were as described.

I ordered a set of 4 tires from Walmart online, but I ended up canceling the order before pickup. It’s been over three weeks (about 22 days), and I’ve only received a refund for one tire. One tire still shows as “unavailable,” and the other two are still marked “ready for pickup” even though I canceled the entire order. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but the issue hasn’t been fully resolved yet. It’s really frustrating that such a simple refund has taken so long and is still incomplete. I hope Walmart improves its order and refund process for canceled pickup items.
