They sent the wrong item and are now sold out. Never again.

Everything was good getting the speaker but the speaker starts glitching or cutting out when im playing music and doesnt last that long on a full charge.

The keyboard arrived earlier than forecast. Plug and play!

Item was exactly as described, arrived quickly and was in perfect condition.

took several contact attempts to get a return moving along for broken air-conditioning.

Very disappointed. The seller clearly stated the lock has Z-Wave, but it absolutely does not. That was the main reason I purchased it. On top of that, the item I received was clearly used—there were visible signs of wear and it was not in new condition as described. Totally misleading and unacceptable.

Do NOT Purchase from this Seller! Unit was damaged to the tune of 277$ on the front panel and grille! Seller offered 35$. NO! UNACCEPTABLE! They won't file claim with FedEx that ONLY the Shipping company can do and only want to do a replacement via I send whole unit back and wait! This is Not a window unit. It's a wall unit that weighs 80lbs and goes into the wall. Hence No Window to close! That process would leave me with a Hole in my house til they received then replaced the unit! I cant believe this company is that ignorant in reference to the product they are selling! All i asked for was a replacement front panel that was damaged due to unit being dropped on its corner in shipping. Unless you want to spend hours on the phone with Walmart or you wish to spend 600$ on damaged goods, by all means order from them! But I'm here to let you know Electronic Experts and anything but! Also says they're in Florida. Unit was shipped from New Jersey and the phone number listed for them is a VOICEMAIL in New York! All I can say is this whole experience has been Shady!! Unbelievable to spend that much money and have the front broken and cracked! So Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 3RD PARTY SELLER unless you want to deal with the headache of them!
