Communication from this seller was lacking, and the overall experience was disappointing. The item did not match the description provided, which made it difficult to know what to expect. Shipping and handling also took longer than anticipated, with little to no updates along the way. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this seller again. There were too many issues for the transaction to feel reliable or trustworthy.

they show 2 bags,per order i called to verify they said 2 bags per order,so i bought 4 the max. 4ordersx2 bags =8. ( customer service) verified. They delivered 2 boxs,1 bag each. order stated complete. I called them(C.S.) they said wait 24 hrs. Even with delivery stating complete. of course no more delivered, 3 calls to C.S. To no avail. finally they refunded after many of argument of false advertisement. When i needed what i ordered not a refund. They wouldn't give me product. So C.S.. either dishonest or told me what i wanted to here. i had difficult time just getting my point across, and majorly unsatisfied
