Buckets of Beads

I contacted the seller I NEVER received this item. They responded back just saying order was delivered.My order was very large, the box was damaged when delivered, the item was placed in a very small bag. I responded back to their response they never sent my money nor product. I don't recommend buying from this company.

Ordered a couple other charms and they looked like what was pictured, one was smaller than what I expected and one was just the right size to me. So overall 3 star's.

I’d rate them negative if I could. I ordered 2 of the same item, instead, This company 2 identical bracelets with a qty of 1 one each half of the page. They only packed 1. Contacted them 4x via their website, via this platform, via an escalation and even Walmart contacted them 3 separate times demanding 24 resolution - I have them a week and they never replied to any. I bet if I purchased more trash, they take money easily. They mispacked because they can’t count 2 of 2 items and they subsequently ignored all sales/customer service from me and from their Walmart platform. Walmart refunded me, They ignored. I chose not to rebuy through them because they’d get extra shipping costs that were way higher than the postage paid. But the product was trash. The item isn’t even the one in the picture. I received the cheaper version with the giant ball screw ends that’s very round

This item arrived when it was supposed to and I was informed every day. I am very satisfied with the look and the craftsmanship of the bracelet. Buckets of Beads- You're awesome! Thank You!
