I returned the pansie pull chain and NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. It's been over a month and it has not showed up in my account. On line it states I received a refund But it has not showed up in my account

The broken pieces were neatly placed on top Of the hangers. They knew it was broken before they wrapped it

Our light pull came quickes than we expected and it was well protested in the box it was shipped in. We appreciated all the care and attention that was put into getting this item to us.
