This seller is to be avoided at ALL costs.
I ordered a Canon R100 package but did not receive the RF-S 75-300mm lens and a SanDisc32 GB memory card as promised in the description. It has been 10 days of back and forth with them and Walmart customer service. They then sent an EF 75-300mm lens which doesn't fit on the R100 camera without me purchasing an adapter. They still have done nothing to send me the 32GB card. They refuse to do anything to make this right except for offering for me to return the whole package. [Is it too much to expect that if I order through Walmart, I should expect to get exactly what the description promised? Why should I be the one having to return it and start all over?]
I hope no one else has to go through the hassle I have, expecting something good and finding the process to have ruined the whole joy of it. JumboBuys is a scammer which needs to be removed from Walmart's partnership. They have made me hesitant to ever buy from Walmart's online platform again. I would have thought Walmart would have had some power to enforce my purchase being made right, but even after talking to a customer service supervisor, I have yet to see any result. What surprises me most is that for some reason Walmart has them listed as a "ProSeller", but if you look at their reviews they clearly have no integrity in how they do business. They send customers the wrong product, knock offs, and broken products and make it near impossible to resolve the issue.
They are scammers. BEWARE!
And beware of buying anything through Walmart online unless you've done all of the homework of looking at the seller reviews before purchasing. Walmart is not vetting their own sellers which is giving them a terrible reputation.
