Very responsive, just didn't send the right colors

I like that you use very little soap about 1/3 and the rest water it down very well without wasting a lot of soap.

ITEMS ARE GREAT IN USE BUT THE "HOOKS" ON THE BACK OF THEM ARE FRAGILE AND EASILY TORN OFF.

i received the coffee grinder within 2 days, exactly what i was looking for, I have a blender but it was way to big to keep pulling out of my cabinet every day, then cleaning it just for my morning coffee, I like my fresh coffee in the morning, this grinder is very convenient and works well, also useful for crushing seeds, cleans easy, comes with a little brush to sweep out, Ilike that you don't get a lingering smell of what you grinded last, i was actually shocked at that, im very pleased with HadinEEon coffee grinder, oh yes I also made my own coffee creamer with it.

I did not deal with Leed Technology directly so I cannot rate them.

When I opened my product and read the booklet, I saw the warranty registry and immediately went on line to register. After not seeing how to register, I emailed them and they were very fast to respond. They had me send my on line order number and quickly registered my machine for me. I'd say they have very good customer service.

The product arrived within a reasonable amount of time and in perfect condition.
