Shipping was fast and delivery was at my door. Make sure you have hand trucks it's very heavy in the box.

Connecting the two halves was a struggle. Learning curve on temp control. It's pretty heavy.

I’ve tried 3 different humidifiers, using distilled water, and all of them had white dust everywhere. The only one that doesn’t produce the white stuff is the Crane USA top fill, and that’s without distilled water. So I’m happy with that one.

I liked the product, nothing to know before buying except the measurements you want.

36" is not a width measurement. the fine print states 24" and the actual measurement is 18" width

I would buy in store so it doesn't get broken when being delivered. Seller should put fragile in item some it can break very easily
