Accessory City had the ptoduct in stock and delivered in a very timely mannor by USPS. VERY satisfied.

Accessory City delivered the battery quickly. They included a slip of paper with their phone number stating that they want you to call them if your not happy for any reason. Now that's customer service.

Haven't had a response from the seller about my return or refund because the wrong item was sent.

Though the model number I sent was correct it did not feet the tablet.

So far it's allowing me to exchange it but they don't email to let me know they received my plug and when they'll ship it

Shipping was fast, and the item is okay, but doesn't fit the Nextbook as well as the original charger. Care must be taken to prevent breakage.

I didn't have a need to contact the seller because the gps charger works great!
