Not sure where the mistake was made but item being shipped should be double checked against the order to make sure the right item has been pulled before shipping.

The product is beautiful, just as pictured and the company took the time to package it so it would arrive safely. Not many make the effort to do that.

The rug is very soothing to the feet. Thicker than I was expecting. It does not move or slide. I have it anchored only on one corner. Very pleased with this purchase.

Packaged very nicely. Item was still in bag and brand new!

Ground shipping might delay a little, but not bad.

I reported the damage immediately..... GwG requested pictures of the box and the product from virtually every angle...... Over a week later.... Still waiting for a response..... About to just return the item.......

Delivered in a timely manner it’s the product that I have issues with.

They sent a different lamp at a discounted price and were very apologetic, courteous and kind. I will buy from them again. Wonderful staff as well!
