I gave Polytek a single star because on my initial order, they left out one of the colors that I ordered but marked the order complete. When I contacted them directly, I was told someone would call me back.... they didn't. Its been two weeks and no call or no email. So, I was forced to reorder so I'd have the missing color which delayed my project. To be fair, I did receive a refund for the missing color from Walmart so I did not loose the money spent. I should also be clear that even though the purchase was through Walmart, the order was fulfilled by Polytek which owns Alumilite, the brand of resin coloring I purchased.

idk didn't deal with them but if the sell product like this how much can you trust them

I never received the item. The box came with nothing in it, but the instructions Walmart was notified two times about this. I haven’t heard anything from the seller They said they would notify the seller, but I haven’t heard anything.

This is a great product and I will definitely use again if needed.
