I communicated with the seller via text one day after my initial delivery, since I had ordered two pendants but only received one. A call was returned to me the next business day %26 I was informed the order error had already been discovered %26 my second pendant had been shipped out. WOW!! Thanks so much!! By the way, the seller’s packaging was beautiful with a lovely black bow. I will order additional products with the Black Bow Company soon!!
