i tell them about the situation of receiving a product that wont take a charge or turn on and they ask for photos of what i received. it was the correct product it just doesnt work obviously you know what i received but i have to jump through hoops to show you that i received what i was supposed to receive, because photos arent going to show you how it wont turn on or charge so that makes a ton of sense not!
