The items were shipped in a timely manner, but we had to return them as they were the wrong size. We have not been able to track the return with the pre-paid label provided. I have emailed them with no response and no refund has been given.

The only things I had issues was with the company Tungsten Jeweler when I needed to return for another size, I was told through email that I would receive a printable label for my convenience but when I called the company looking for that label they told me they don't do printable labels. Also after receiving a confirmation that my return was received it took 2wks of waiting for my ring in the mail until I decided I need to emailed them again looking for my order. Still waiting.
