The item came as shown and was delivered during the time period stated

This is a counterfeit product. It does not look or smell like the product. There was a sticker on there that said "New formula" however the original product has not changed. There was no cap on it. It appeared as if it had already been used as well as had leaked out in the box.

The entire bottle of shampoo leaked in the box. The seller clearly doesn't know how to properly ship the items they sell. Lame.

Walmart did a great job shipping the item quickly, good communication as well. I am just glad they actually carry this professional hair product!

Did not receive item as it was damaged in transit. Did not receive return for several months. Poor communication.

Wal Mart had availability for professional type hair products and arrived in two days.

I dislike the fact that the item say a package of 3 but is sold individually per unit🤔

The bottle was not sealed well and leaked all through the box. Very disappointed.

The shampoo and conditioner set was packaged in a large box with no padding or filling, so it bounced around during shipping. It would have been better to pack it tightly so it couldn’t move.
