I don't have a problem with the product itself. I love the product. Help s with getting the rust and minerals out of my hair. The only reason I gave a 4 star is that when I opened the box and pulled out the 2 bottles, the top of the shampoo bottle was not tight. The bottle was wet and slippery, and the box was wet inside. It was leaking because the top was not tightened before shipping. Was not happy.

I dont believe the product I received is authentic. The photo shows completely clear product and all the reviews and comments talk about how good it smells but what I received is cloudy and has no smell at all. I do not recommend this seller and will not purchase from them again.
