The product is not as flexible as I was led to believe. Its too rigid to access the dryer lint buildup. It takes extra strength to bend and then does not access the entire space. Shipping was delayed several times extending the original estimated delivery date. I checked the shipment destinations on its route and was surprised it was in jackson mississippi after being in Ky at one point. I have considered returning the product. Not happy with the product. Thanks

I was concerned about the replacement belts for our hoover wind tunnel and being too short. these belts actually stretched out a bit and fit the vacuum, though tightly. not too sure about the longevity of the replacements, but they come in 4's and I bought 2 sets, should last a while. these were shipped and reviewed quickly, through the USPS.

They never responded and I would highly recommend dropping them as a Seller. They charged me and sent the wrong product. I am currently returning and hopefully they refund me. Terrible customer service and makes me question why a big company like Walmart would associate with a poorly run company.
