The Ohsawa Nama Shoyu soy sauce arrived within days of ordering; it's the best I've ever tasted: Ohsawa Nama Shoyu is an exceptional soy sauce. I use soy sauce drizzled over pasta with butter and grated parmesan regularly: Ohsawa Nama Shoyu is perfect for that purpose, but also over rice, sea food and vegetable dishes. Unlike the cheaper brands, Ohsawa Nama Shoyu doesn't have that overly salty taste, but instead has a "clean" umami flavor, it's very, Very, good. It also doesn't make your belly ache as the cheaper brands do. I highly recommend Ohsawa Nama Shoyu soy sauce and this Seller: my new go-to for soy sauce. You will not be disappointed.
