The color I ordered was wrong , sent me more pink color than brown

Difficult to remove brush picks from container, fall all over the place

After I finished my last box I had to order a different brand because these were not in stock. I could immediately tell the difference. I will only use Prince of Peace Green Jasmine Tea from now on. It is worth it to get the smoother taste.

We weren't able to use the item because the cap broke during shipping and ruined other items and our table.

Delivered on time, delivery communications were great, product as expected.

They mailed a box of tea bags in an envelope. It arrived smash flat. Tea bags are tasty tho
