V3 Designs Inc.

The Item I purchased was delivered to a PO box somewhere in Oklahoma. My account shows that the mailing address is my home in Florida. I have reached out to V3 by email, phone call and through the Walmart website and I have received ZERO response from them. I am now convinced that The diamond necklace was hijacked by one of the V3 employees and the delivery address was intentionally changed so their accomplice could pick it up and and sell it off. I also had a long conversation with a rep from Walmart who offered a refund but I asked to have the item sent to me instead because I thought that I could get a replacement faster than the 10 days for the refund. I was assured that he would have that done. It's now 3 weeks later and nothing from either Walmart or V3
