This knife is terrible! You can feel the tangs sharp edges on the handle. It also isn't sharp at all and I don't know the edge angle, so I can't even sharpen it. Terrible knife! Don't buy it!

It claims to be extremely sharp, which may be true if I am supposed to do extensive work sharpening it, otherwise part of the blade cannot even hurt my finger. The bevel angle (two sides added together) appears to be greater than 50 degrees, and the knife edge is even slightly wavy.
