I received a delivery confirmation but could not find my order. Panicked, i contacted customer service before realizing i could contact the seller instead. Thankfully i did because within an hour, they message me back letting me know the courier had left in the mailroom of my complex. Lo and behold, I found my package in our new mailroom! So helpful and quick response as well.
