This company charged the item more than anyone else b/c they promised to provide 6 filters. One of the filter came broken inside the plastic packaging unopened. Im no ginuess but i can feel the sand outside the filter. I reached out to the company yhe same day i received it. Waited for over a week for a response. No response ever came back for acknowledgment. Once they get your money you're SOL. Overall product is not worth your money of $70. Cheap plastic container that holds little water. Not enough for 2 adults and 1 child for 1 day. Buy from some other place, and save on money and headaches
