Very disappointed that I paid the upcharge for expedited shipping but did not receive the phone either by UPS/FedEx or even USPS Priority Mail. Since I was "phone-less" during this interim period, it was frustrating to pay for a service not received. Item was packaged acceptably.

The vendor, Wireless Connections NY, advertised the phone as new. When it arrived, it had evidence of being pre-owned, which was verified by a call to Samsung. The accessories included were not OEM accessories. When I contacted Mike the manager at Wireless Connections, he authorized a full refund (which I didn't trust to happen when I returned the phone), but he insisted that I pay for return shipping. I called Walmart and spoke to the escalations team who refunded my entire purchase price and told me to simply throw the phone away.
