Well, this is a long story that is exasperating. I returned a purple camera to the store and went online to buy a pink one. Well I got a camcorder sent to me that I did not buy. So I contacted the company, (Walmart), and they said the camcorder was not eligible for a return. So I contacted by email Sse Photo and Video. After many back and forth emails, I was told to keep the camcorder, that the correct product was in the mail. Well when I got the “correct” item, it was smaller than the one I bought. I was too tired to even bother trying to get that straightened out. I will be careful not to deal with this company again. They must be in another country; they didn’t get my meaning. I hate that Sam Walton is no longer here. The children are only interested in profits, not “Made in USA” like their father. It is very sad.
