Item description was good, shipped on time, packaging was acceptable for the type of package it was.

Shipping was fast. My return was easy...to my local Walmart. Wonderful seller.

Seller gave refund for item with no trouble of returning it.

I received the wrong item. Had to return. I ordered L-Glutathione but received Zinc Orotate instead.

The item was received right away. Faster than promised.

Disappointing and Misleading Listing – Be Cautious I ordered supplements through Walmart.com from Pattern, a third-party seller. The product listing showed a photo of two bottles and clearly stated “60 softgels (2 pack)” — which led me to believe I was purchasing two bottles of 60 softgels each. For that price, it only made sense if it was a 2-pack. Unfortunately, I received only one bottle. After doing some digging, I found that many other customers have had the same issue with this seller — not receiving the quantity advertised. What’s more frustrating is the seller’s repeated response: deflecting blame to Walmart as the fulfillment center, offering no apology or accountability. That doesn’t sit right with me. Whether this is a case of false advertising or just careless, unclear listing details, it’s a pattern that needs to be addressed. Either way, customers deserve to know exactly what they’re paying for — and not have to jump through hoops to figure out who’s at fault.

Beautiful packaging and VERY PROFESSIONAL. They obviously care about their products and it showed even down to the way they boxed the very multiple boxes of teas. It looked more like a gift than a package of products ordered. Just lovely!
