Swanson would not accept a return because it was not ordered from them. Again, lousy service

I ordered a shower head, but instead of receiving what I paid for, I got cans of sparkling water in the box where the shower head was supposed to be. This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only was the product not what I ordered, but trying to get a refund has been impossible. Walmart’s process didn’t help at all, leaving me stuck with a double scam—first by the seller, then by the lack of support. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. I would not recommend this seller or product to anyone.

Item was delivered timely however the bottle was only half full, and was obvious a good portion was missing due to the fact the bottle is not completely opaque.

Leaky bottles. Thankfully, there wasn't much lost by the time i received them, but if it were another day or two before delivery, it could've been worse. I would recommend that the bottles have secure screw caps with foil underneath and the pumps not installed until the customer puts them on.

I have been using the product for about a month now and I have not had any issues with the supplement-product itself or its packaging. The delivery was fine and I am satisfied with it as being a suitable, alternative replacement for another product that has become unavailable.

Love the postnatal vitamins! The fact that they have Moringa already in them is an added bonus, and one supplement less to take!

I give the seller 5 stars, because the item came in a reasonable timeframe. Also, I’m pleased with the entire purchase and price.
