The seller states that the item includes 3 packs, but that is not the case. There are simply three small sachets inside one box, and that’s definitely not the same as 3 individual packs. Instead of receiving 10 units of 3 packs each (a total of 30), I only received 8 single boxes. No one contacted me until I reached out to the seller myself. Terrible experience.
